DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY

Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions

All rentals from Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions include a mandatory, non-refundable $20 damage waiver fee. This fee is intended to cover minor, incidental damage that may occur during normal and responsible use of rented equipment.

WHAT THE DAMAGE WAIVER COVERS

The damage waiver may, at the sole discretion of Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions, cover minor cosmetic or incidental issues, including:
• Light cosmetic wear consistent with normal use
• Minor hardware adjustments or tightening
• Cleaning or inspection resulting from standard field use

This damage waiver is designed to reduce minor inconvenience and does not eliminate renter responsibility.

WHAT THE DAMAGE WAIVER DOES NOT COVER

The damage waiver is not insurance and does not cover any of the following:
• Loss or theft of equipment
• Water or moisture damage
• Night vision tube damage or degradation
• Damage caused by white light, lasers, IR illuminators, or improper light exposure
• Electrical or internal component damage
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions
• Damage resulting from prohibited activities
• Major repair, refurbishment, or full replacement

In these cases, the renter remains fully financially responsible.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond minor incidental wear, the renter agrees to pay full repair or replacement costs. These costs may be charged to the payment method on file.

Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions reserves the right to determine the extent of damage and applicable charges.

NON-REFUNDABILITY

The $20 damage waiver fee is non-refundable regardless of equipment condition upon return and does not apply as a credit toward major damage or replacement.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By renting equipment from Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions, the renter acknowledges understanding of this Damage Waiver Policy and agrees to its terms.
